Low hcg level at 11 dpo

Hi all - I just found out I am pregnant and went in for a lab right away. I think I am about 10-11 DPO today and my hcg came back at 22. I feel like this is really low. Anyone else experience anything like this?

I was under the impression that it’s more about how it increases. Is the test being repeated in two days?

I read once that normal HCG (non pregnant) can vary but under 5. So say you are a 1 then 48hours later your a 2 then 48 hours later a 4..... And so on. That means your numbers can take a lot longer to get to a decent number. Another reason why some people get earlier dark lines.

Shannon88 Yes, my levels went from 22 to 100 to 700 every couple of days. I am now 10 1/2 weeks pregnant :)

Mine was very low with my first - 16 maybe? Then doubled steadily. It IVF and they did a HCG every two days. I spotted brown early on too which might have been implantion or something with the second embryo that didn’t take.

Anyway The result has just asked me to top up his mobile phone!

@ashleerachelll aww that’s amazing I’m so happy for you. My levels dropped today so I’m waiting on my period to come now. I was 5weeks x
