Hello
Currently really struggling with the above.
I am almost 9 weeks pregnant. I have been very nauseous since day 1 of pregnancy and it has gradually gotten worse. I have barely been able to eat and seem to have aversions to almost everything.

I am also now getting migraines with aura and they are making me feel even worse.

I have been given cyclizine by the drs but haven’t found it helped much and if anything, made me feel even more wiped out.

Just wondering if anyone can shed any light as to whether they experienced similar and if this will improve any time soon? I feel so low with it and struggling to see that I will ever feel better during this pregnancy.

i had a really easy straightforward pregnancy with my little boy (albeit a few migraines and slight nausea that disappeared after 12 weeks) so don’t understand how this can differ so much!

Hi,

Just wanted to share that I also had nausea and migraines from day 1! It was horrendous and I could take anything to help as almost immediately it would come up anyway.

If at all possible try to rest, go to bed early and drink plenty of water.

My sickness lasted until about 6 months, but my migraines eased after about the 12 week mark which helped me massively.

I ate my body weight in arrow root biscuits as they helped the nausea temporarily.

Congratulations x
