All day sickness gone at 7 weeks - worried

I’ve had all day nausea for 2 weeks straight to the point I’ve hardly eaten much or drank much. Yesterday I managed to eat a whole pizza, all of my lunch and drink fine. Today I’ve woken up and my nausea has pretty much gone. I feel like I should be jumping for joy and enjoying these sick free days but I had something similar in April and scan showed I lost both twins at 9 weeks. I’m panicking.

Don't panic, I had the exact same thing with my second. Just woke up and all symptoms had gone so I thought the worst having previously had a miscarriage. I didn't have any blood or cramps this time so that was the thing. I paid for an early private scan at 8 weeks to see the baby was absolutely fine, and I haven't been sick since! Fingers crossed for you!

Unfortunately it's just one of those things that no one can say either way- I've had the same thing and a healthy pregnancy, and I've had no loss of symptoms and a MMC. All you can really do is try and wait and if needed for your mental health get and early private scan to check how it's going. Flowers
