Nausea and pain at 33w - normal?

Hi all, I'm 33w pregnant with my 3rd child. I've noticed in the last few days my bump in particular and body in general is in quite a bit of pain. I have a 3yo who is very heavy who I've been lifting as usual (into/out of cot/bath, for cuddles etc) so not sure if that's exacerbated it.

Today I have felt nauseated all day, no vomiting/diarrhoea, and found it painful to walk.

I didn't have this in either of my previous pregnancies, is this normal at this stage? I've been seeing a women's health physio so doing all my stretches to lengthen and create space for my bump, trying to let gravity move the baby into position, leaning forward and lying on my left side etc.

Would be good to hear others experiences?

Thanks
