Only just had a positive test but felt kicking for weeks

Hi , I don't know if I'm insane but I'm pregnant with my second baby I found out on Monday just been , faint line on pregnancy's test and have been getting darker ,but I'm sure Iv been feeling kicking for a few weeks I notice it every day , is it possible I'm further alone than I think and only just started showing positive or?? I know it sounds insane , my first baby is nearly 10 months old , thanks

Pay and get an early scan to date you, then see you GP if only a few weeks if there is something else causing sensations in your abdomen.
