Best pregnancy vitamins that aren't tablets

As title says anything but tablets. I'm normally fine with them but nausea is causing me problems but can't seem to find any decent alternative to make sure I get folic acid and all the other vitamins I need - anyone have any suggestions?

What about these?

You could try a pill crusher and mix it into yogurt etc? I found the liquid vitamin nauseating.

Pregnacare comes in a liquid version

I used the BetterYou vitamin sprays - you just spray them into your cheek or under your tongue and they get absorbed without you needing to swallow anything. They had a conception and a pregnancy version, can get them on Amazon and sometimes Boots.

@Amber17 amazing, I never knew about these sprays. Sounds brilliant.

Mama mio do pregnancy gummies which are actually tasty. The pregnacare ones made me feel sick

Discovereads · 17/09/2022 16:47

I had gummies. Pregnacare make pregnancy gummy vitamins.

Genevieve99 · 17/09/2022 22:43

I also really like the BetterYou sprays.
I tried the pregnacare gummies and personally thought they were vile so wouldn’t recommend those, and I usually love gummies!

Hazelmary18 · 17/09/2022 22:47

Another vote for the bassets chewy gummies. I get them in boots or off Amazon.

bossgirl94 · 18/09/2022 08:05

Thank you everyone I didn't even think of gummies! I'll give them a go

I found that pregnancy multivitamins made me feel very nauseous. The tablets are huge and hard to swallow which doesn't help. But the only essential ones are folic acid and vitamin D, so you can just get those, which are small tablets and easier to swallow. When I switched to them I didn't get nauseous.
