Cervix pain 9 weeks pregnant

Hello has anyone suffered with what feels like a sharp stab that happens randomly and comes and goes?

I am currently 9+3 after two miscarriages .. and two episodes of bleeding in this pregnancy too.

the weird pan started last night and isn’t constant but definitely feels weird. I have bad cramping in this pregnancy but this doesn’t feel the same.

worried it may indicate the cervix is going to open.

has anyone had / felt Similar? I am using Progesterone suppositories but would be weird for this to cause problems now as have used for weeks.

I had a stabbing pain in my cervix intermittently through my first trimester. On one occasion it woke me up in the night which was pretty terrifying. My midwife wasn’t worried as long as it wasn’t accompanied by another symptom.

That is good to hear. I was going to check with my midwife but after having two losses previously I knew there was nothing they could do to intervene so early on anyway.

did she tell you what other symptoms to watch out for? Difficult for me to watch discharge too much as the pesaries are twice a day so seem to have A LOT but it’s clearly those coming back out.

no bleeding or anything xx
