1 week post ovulation! 😵‍💫👶 when to do early pregnancy test!?

I’m 1 week post ovulation, ovulated 31st August.
Can anyone suggest which would be the earliest day to take a first response early pregnancy test.
it says 6 days before your period is due, which will be this Saturday 10th, but am thinking of dragging it out for a few days (till maybe monday) before taking it, so I’m not disappointed with a too early negative result. But I just can’t wait!
Anyone got experience with early tests?

I got mt BFP yesterday on a first response digital :) after the mc, i am taking one day at a time and enjoying every minute of it x

Mine is coming up 25th too. I’m not going to do anything get too excited till I have a 7 week scan. I duno wether to get one of them CB tests that says how many weeks or is it a given in 2 weeks? Xx

I think ovulation is calculated 14 days from first day of your last period so my app says I am 5 weeks today/yesterday.
my boobs hurt and super tired, my last pregnancy I was feeling really sick and unwell at this point, so I’m hoping this is starting as it means to go on! 🤞🏻

Yes so I was 5 weeks Tuesday. Yeh I’m so tired in bed by 9 every night. Same my boobs hurt/feel huge. I remember feeling sick with my little girl but I feel like it was when I was about 8/10 weeks. I honestly feel like I have forgot everything from my first pregnancy. I booked an early scan to reassure me before our 12 week one. Xx

Yep exactly the same. My first is now 6 so we have got a big gap between them both so I feel like I have forgot everything too!
Everything changed now with the midwife too, I saw one once per month with my first and she was at my doctors surgery so managed to book easily.
This time my new doctors have no on site midwife so got to seek my own and self-refer to hospital! Bit stressed about it all but I’m sure it’ll turn out fine I’m just trying to be chilled about it xx
I might book early scan too. How many weeks will you be when you have scan? Xx

Sorry late reply! Self refer wow that’s mad. Where abouts are you? So I will be 7 weeks 5 days. The women said come between 7-8 to make sure my dates are correct and it’s not too early. Xx
