Symtoms 5DPO & Hycosy

Hi i'm current in my first TWW & its torture!

I had a Hycosy test earlier this month on my cycle day 8, everything was fine and both tubes flushed through.

I bought OPK and got my peak cycle day 16 - baby danced my whole fertile window every second day.

The day after (cycle day 17) I had terrible lower abdominal pain which kept me up until 1am. Im hoping it was fertilization pain?

Currently 5DPO I haven't really had any symptoms like what I've read a lot of girls have up to their AF.

Ive had mild cramping on and off every day, cravings but Ive always loved my snacks and no cm at all.

AF is predicted another 11 days away and I'm trying SO HARD not to test any earlier.

Does anyone have the same symptoms as me before they got their BFP or if you conceived after a hycosy.

Anything will help.

Hi Naomi07
I am the same.
Been TTC for 36 months with zero luck.
Had HyCoSy in August, CD18, and did no baby dance since previous cycle.
Everything fine and diagnosed with unexplained infertility.
Baby dance 3 days after HyCoSy procedure (only BD this cycle because it was quite uncomfortable after HyCoSy and the procedure was done after my normal fertile window)

AF didn't show up but didn't think anything about it because wasn't sure if the procedure might delay it + I had recently had Covid again and last time I had Covid it delayed AF.
Decided to do a test after AF being 2 weeks late and started having strange symptoms (dry mouth, peeing a million times a day, feeling hungry but anything I make I don't want to eat).
It is Positive.
I am finally pregnant after 2 and a half years of trying and the only thing that was different or could have helped is the HyCoSy.
Trying to keep a level head and not get too excited until I see a midwife but it's the first time I have EVER had a positive test and it feels amazing!
Hope this helps.
Good luck and happy testing ☺️
