Overheating in early pregnancy

Hi there,
I'm 5 weeks, naturally anxious person.
I was walking this afternoon and in a rush and I was wearing a warm hoody as it had been breezy initially but the sun was out and I began to feel sweaty for the last 5 mins but I kept going as needed to get to my car. Didn't take off the hoody as I was in a rush and continued to feel quite sweaty. Then got to my car boom realised risks of overheating and neural tube defect and spina bifida. How easy is it to overheat? I've also been running as usual and carrying my heavy toddler around. Only 5 weeks and the pregnancy anxieties come flooding in thick and fast 🙈 I would appreciate some wisdom from the nice ladies here!

You will be fine, the baby is safe in your body (which is around 37c, so hotter than it is outside)

Babies are carried safely in much hotter countries. Please don't worry

Baby is only at risk if you raise your core temperature- something that only really happens if you are somewhere really hot and can't cool yourself down normally (through sweating, etc) like in a hot tub or really hot bath for a good while.

Being outside in less than 40° heat and sweating shouldn't do it.
