Gel manicure when pregnant

Hey all,
I am currently 16 weeks pregnant.
I was wondering if anyone knew about getting gel manicures when pregnant? I am going on holiday in a few weeks and normally get my nails done but don't want to if it will harm baby! Wondered what your thoughts are, thanks so much!

Completely safe

How could it harm the baby?

I was really worried (have a history of pregnancy loss), but after doing a lot of googling, I got them done once for a special occasion when I was in my second trimester. The slight risk seems to be from the fumes so I insisted on sitting right by the door and they agreed to keep it open whilst I was there (it's a salon I went to regularly before pregnancy so they were happy to oblige). All was ok, no regrets.

That's what I thought - just researching online a few people said they wouldn't recommend it as it could cause harm but I wasn't sure how either!!

Don't do it! The baby will come out with a full set of Shellacs.

Perfectly safe. I was worried too but had them quite a few times throughout pregnancy.

I also had them done just before my due date thinking I could keep my hands reasonable looking for a little while once the baby was here but had to take them off as I ended up having a c section so bear that in mind for later down the line.
