Has anyone got any experience of this?

We are expecting to move house when I’m 7-8 months pregnant. I’m nervous about changing care from the decent care I’m getting at the moment with midwives who also know my previous pregnancy, to a totally new place.

That said - chances are it’s happening! If you’ve done similar has it been a smooth switch?

Not personally, but a friend of mine switched hospitals for her ELCS a few weeks out (went from Wales to England too!) due to COVID restrictions and it mostly went smoothly - there were a few things she had to have done again at the new hospital because NHS Wales doesn't communicate things like bloods and scan results with NHS England but if you're not moving across home countries then you probably won't have that issue.
