Is it normal for your bump to increase in size by 10 inches in 36 hours?

I'm nearly 13 weeks apparently (no periods - ultrasound 'guess'). I know your uterus jumps out your pelvic brim around this time but honestly, I've gone from a 28 inch waist to a 38 inch waist since Friday. I know because I measured then for some trousers I was letting out.

Pre pregnancy I had a 26 inch waist so to be fair there was some growing to do - I know that. But ten inches.

I can't have eaten that much can I? I haven't got bloating or any other signs of oedema (did last time). My blood pressure is actually pretty low and I'm otherwise fine but it's as if the baby has just decided to make his presence felt.

Can't get my knickers on, let alone my trousers!

Will the midwife piss herself laughing if I phone and ask her if this is normal tomorrow?

I don't know how much this is in inches but I went from size 12, to an 18, with the button un-done in a night with my last pregnancy.

Congrat's on your pregnancy
