I’m only just over 16 weeks and I’ve got it in my head that because I felt my first at 16.5/17 weeks that I should have felt my second by now.

I have felt what I believe is baby ever so randomly from about 13 weeks but nothing has been consistent and it’s been nothing that has made me absolutely certain it’s baby.

Can anybody reassure me? 😂 I’m a very, very anxious person as it is.

I didn’t feel my little one until after 20 weeks. If you have an anterior placenta sometimes it can be even later than that. I remember how anxious I was that I hadn’t felt baby and went into the 20 week scan convinced I was going to get terrible news. Just try and think that any day you could feel movement and hopefully it will be soon. Second babies aren’t always felt sooner, it’s largely down to where the placenta has plonked itself :)

Sounds like you have felt baby already tbh. It still won't be consistent or strong for a few weeks yet.

When I was pregnant with DC2, I'm pretty sure what I was feeling was baby from 13 weeks too. But only low down due to anterior placenta, and only when he was facing the right direction. Even then, it wasn't frequent or particularly strong until a few weeks after the 20 week scan.
