Period pains most nights

I'm 30 weeks and the last few nights have been getting period type pains, only dull and don't last long but definitely that period type pain. Could it be stretching pains ? Haven't had these type of pains for months now it's usually round ligament pain occasionally

Could be Brixton hicks?

I get the same thing, it's only been at night and it always gets better if I sit up for a bit. I don't get it every night. Im currently 36 weeks so not very likely its labour related and I don't get any tightenings with it, it's just exactly what my period pain used to feel like. I mentioned it to my midwife and she said that the uterus can get irritated from the growing baby and she said to call triage if it happens again, problem is it's so brief it would be finished by the time I get in to the hospital and they'll probably just tell me it's normal 🙄 be interesting to see if anyone else has an explanation for it

Hmm not sure if it's Braxton hicks, only had them a couple of times but my whole bump goes rock solid so was quite obvious it was that.
This time it's just like a dull brief period ache ! Under bump where you would expect to get them and seems to be more concentrated on the right hand side weirdly !
Now I'm having little nerve type shooty pains on the same side, maybe it's ligaments
