Best to check the labels on the clothes as it will completely depend on the materials. If the label says you can tumble then tumble away!

Some don't have labels as they was my other daughters that unfortunately didn't make it x

As in the washing labels sewn into the clothes?

If you had a still birth/infant death I'm so sorry for your loss.

Baby clothes (vest, gro, sleepsuit etc) are usually cotton. 40 wash with bio unless very stained when I'd do a 60 degree wash.

This time of year, line drying is best and the sun will bleach any stains.

If you really do need to tumble dry, anything without sequins, made of polyester (gym kit type material) elastic (like bras) will be fine on a regular cycle.
