Hi,

so I have been waking up in the night a lot and been feeling quite anxious for no reason as I normally take starflower oil capsules can’t take them during pregnancy (6 weeks). I used to try rescue remedy years ago but wondering what your recommendation’s are? Original rescue remedy or are there other individual back remedies I can buy to make one up for myself? Any ideas that work with you? Thank you 😊

I've no idea what you can actually take (ingest), @CrystalFlower but lavender is calming and supposedly helpful for sleep...just as aromatherapy. I'm sure you knew that anyway though!!

It's been recommended to me to use during labour.

Mimulus worked for my son as a child for anxiety and I used it myself for severe pre presentation nerves at uni.
For future reference if you have any problems breast feeding, vervain helped. I wasn't producing enough milk (or it wasn't letting down enough due to stress), that worked for me. I tested it by stopping and starting it 3 times, definitely helped.
Of course the principles of bach's flower remedies mean different ones help different people, not a one size fits all. May be worth getting a book that explains it better than me💐

Just remembered, they also do a sleep spray which is a mixture of a few, did try that many years ago, but you need to check safe for when pregnant. Just because something is natural doesn't make it safe, eg I believe rosemary essential oil is not recommended🤗
