Did anybody take the two together? I am currently, but I'm wondering if I'm taking too much Vitamin B....

Maybe if you could write how much of the vitamins you are taking altogether that would help! I couldn't find info on Caraben at all 🤔

Or post pics of the nutritional info table on each packet?
