Looking for travel system recommendations for a 3 door car with a small boot - fiat 500 to be precise.

Please let me know 😊😊

Im a buyer at a nursery company and would recommend you go to a shop (preferably independent and so you can try in the boot). My recommendations would be:-
Oyster 3
Nuna Triv
Bugaboo Bee
Joolz Hubb

As these can all be used from birth without a carrycot, have a parent facing as well as world facing seat & fold as one unit
Also compact folding but the seat is world facing from 6 months which can be a bit of a negative:-
Babyzen Yoyo with newborn pack
Joolz Aer with carrycot
Oyster Zero Gravity

Lie flat/360 spin car seats are fab, look at the following:-
Cybex Cloud Z
Cybex Pebble 360
Nuna Arra NEXT

I love our Cybex Eesy S Twist+

It is really small folding, neat and narrow to push round town, works well on a grassy field, parent and world faces very easily, genuinely folds with one hand, has a large hood, can sit up straight if that's your babies preference .....

There is a carrycot that can be attached, and a car seat too.

I was considering the doona however I think it will be a faff getting that in and out the back of my car. Maybe I need to see it in the flesh, is it heavy?

It's a bit heavier than a normal carseat but if u get the isofix base ( like any carseat) literally plop in, hear click, move handle job done.

I have a Ford Ka, so similar sized boot to you and we have the oyster 3! It pushes lovely! It is very lightweight and fits in the boot with room around it for a few bags and things! We love our oyster!

I like the oyster 3 @ProseccoBee will see if I can have a look at it in the flesh, in store 😊 I had an oyster pushchair for my son when he was little 🥰

If it doesn't have to be a travel system and you're considering a Yoyo, also look at the Ergobaby Metro - also folds down to carry-on size, larger rear wheel means it does better on slightly rougher terrain, and the newborn attachment is foldable but also like a bassinet they don't have to be strapped into (that was the deal-breaker for us, as the foldable Yoyo newborn attachment requires strapping in and DD hated being constrained in any way). No way to attach a carseat but we don't drive much so wouldn't have missed it (and if we'd had isofix I would anyway have wanted something like a Joie i-spin from birth so skipping the infant carrier stage anyway)

We had this predicament, although not with a fiat 500, we need something small that doesn’t take up a lot of space in our flat.

We were between the Babyzen yoyo and the Bugaboo Bee. We’ve gone with the bugaboo bee as you can have it front facing for longer and seemed a bit more sturdy than the yoyo.

We've not tested it properly as the baby is still baking and due to arrive in the next few weeks, but we’ve had friends who have had their bee for 3 children and still going strong.

I meant to add that I bought the Cybex Eesy Twist 2+ after researching the YoYo. I thought it was a better design as well as being cheaper.

I have a small boot too (audi A1) and we are going with Joolz Hub+. Fits in the boot with the seat on, all wheels attached and room at the side still. Seen a bundle which comes with a maxi cosi pebble car seat and the carry cot 😀Lifetime warranty with the Joolz too which thought was good. Decent sized wheels for suspension.

Joie versatrax fits in my small boot & easy to fold down too. Had to put the carry on on one of the front seats but the seat can be used from birth so you don’t even have to use the carrycot if you don’t want to xx
