Pregnant on IUD???

OK so I have the copper coil I have had it in since I gave birth to my son 3 and a half years ago and have regular periods. I noticed I was a week late so I have taken a test and it is very much pos. What do I do? I'm googling and seeing only 1% likely to get pregnant on the IUD and that there's high risk of ectopic?? Do I call doctor? 111? Anyone had this? Panicking. I have just checked my strings again and they are very much still there.

@DottyLittleRainbow ahh they mentioned to me the risk of miscarriage I have another scan soon to check progress but I am not just trying to work out if pregnancy doesn't go ahead if I want to keep the coil out or not. I hope everything is OK next bloods for you.

Exactly the same boat. Had my coil removed last week and a scan shows baby is growing nicely. Things happen for a reason. Good luck xxx
