Light pink discharge 6 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone could help me, I think I’m about 6 weeks 2 days pregnant. For the last 3 days I’ve had a pinkish discharge mainly in the morning when I wake up and then fading back to white during the day, but been a bit heavier throughout today. I’m waiting on the early pregnancy unit phoning me back. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar thing and everything has been okay? It’s my first baby so I’m totally worrying about everything! Thank you x

honestly, unfortunately there's no way to no whether this is completely normal or the sign of something else without a scan or 48/72h HCG monitoring. hope the EPU get back to you and you get some certainty soon.

I had a urine test done earlier, and it was showing as positive and I also had blood taken aswell to measure HCG, so hoping they phone me and offer a scan, seen many people saying they’ve had the same thing and everything has been fine, just been looking for some reassurance in the meantime

Hey! This is normal! I had this also, I also experienced bleeding for 7 days (brown blood) at 7 weeks was also normal had a scan baby was fine x

Hi thanks for your response. Today it’s turned into actual bleeding, I had my HCG results and they’re showing at 383, which is way too low to be 6 weeks pregnant so I’m going for another blood test tomorrow and hopefully a scan on Friday but totally lost hope now. X

Hi just a wee update. Had heavy heavy bleeding this morning and lots of cramping eventually passed the sac. Thanks everyone for your advice and good luck in your pregnancies 🤍

Hey I just found out I’m about 6 weeks tomorrow and I’ve been having this brown discharge . Can someone please tell me is this normal ? I’m going crazy over here

What you've seen can happen - brown blood is usually old blood and so not normally anything to worry about but you're generally advised to contacting EPU if you have any bleeding. Have you had cramps? Is there any smell to the discharge?

@Whataretheodds slight cramps and no smell to the discharge.
