Anyone else experienced nausea and vomiting close to due date?

So I am currently 39wks with baby #2 and I've been having practice contractions for 2 weeks but all of a sudden I started feeling really nauseous and have thrown up a few times this evening now and several trips to the loo (sorry, tmi). I've also had what feels like constant period pains this evening too. Has anyone else experienced this close to due date? I didn't have any of this during my first

Also my contractions started with period type pains

That's how mine started nothing major which made me doubt it but started at 4am picked up alot more in the afternoon and then gave birth just after 7pm. I wish you all the best how exciting!!

Yep, I was nausea the 24 hours before giving birth and immediately spewed everywhere upon being admitted. Hope baby comes soon and you are both safe and well.
