Anxiety during pregnancy

Anyone else feeling very anxious during pregnancy?

Yes completely! I went for monitoring yesterday for ‘more subtle’ movements and the midwife practically rolled her eyes. Obviously didn’t tell me I shouldn’t have come but could tell she just thought I was over anxious.

How can you not be anxious though?

Me too! I'm only 10+1 weeks and got my 12 week scan on 6th July, but I suffer with severe health anxiety anyway and now I'm worried about every little symptom, twinge or cramp I feel. I had a reassurance scan at 7 weeks which only helped so much, so now just waiting for the 12 weeks scan. I think after that if everything looks good, it'll help calm me a little...until I find something else to worry about 😅
