Second pregnancy but high risk seeing midwife's

Hi does anyone know if I should be seeing my midwife for 24 weeks appointment? Usually wouldn't be until 28 weeks as it's my second pregnancy but this time i am classed as high risk and looking on my badger app it states what midwife appointments I should have and that states 24 weeks. I last saw a midwife at 16 weeks who said she won't see me now until 28 weeks but it seems the hospital have put differently on my notes.
Anyone who's been in the same position know if this is the case ?
Thanks

I'm high risk under consultant care with standard midwife appointments but I didn't have a 24 week one, tends to only be in first pregnancy in my trust
