OK, she didnt say that exactlly, but she did write on my scan notes -

Difficult scan due to foetal position and maternal tissue characteristics!

it's clearer than my 12 week scan with DS3 - and I was a skinny size 8 (about 8 stone) when I fell pg with him - and didn't put any weight on until I was about 24/25 weeks pg! Infact at 12 weeks I'd lost more weight !

and as for me being slim......you didn't know me after I'd had DS1........I reached 12 stone when pg with him (from 7 before I fell pg ) and stayed at about 10/11 stone until just before I fell pg with DS2......now with my height (or should that be lack of height) as I was a fatty

She did not say you were fat anyway.
Its your interpretation that thinks she said it.
