Hi there, expecting for the first time and although it's early days, hubby and I are trying to get lots of information and are naturally curious about everything. There is alot of info for mums about pregnancy but we haven't found too much for dad's to be.

Anyone have any recommendations of podcasts to give him advice and tips on supporting me and pregnancy?

Thanks!

Ooh following! I've not seen any either but would be so useful.

Thanks. I guess book suggestions would work too but I think he takes it in more via audio! Maybe audio books too if anyone has any ideas.

Or maybe there's a market for it!

Hopping on in the hope someone comes up with some resources, as we're in the same position!

I mean, there's so much info online now, he could easily look up stages of pregnancy, how to support your partner (although that's really more about communication between you since everyone is different...) what to expect in each trimester. Do an online course together. Look up stages of labour, what happens after birth etc.
