16 weeks and still feeling like poo

As the title suggests, I'm still feeling like absolute shite. The crippling vomiting 5-15 times a day has died down to maybe twice a day but the constant nausea, raging headaches and food aversions resign supreme. I can't even eat bread anymore and my body only craves steak all day every day (which in this current economic crisis, is not ideal), potatoes and kebab shop cheese burgers (which is the only bread I can take).

Extremely grateful for this new life I'm growing but hopeful I feel normal(ish) soon. Or at least the food aversions disappear and I can have a donut?? I haven't had one since 4 weeks, my body hates sugar . Please give me any "I felt better at 16+xyz days" stories, I'm hanging on by a thread here.

Oh you poor love. I was I exactly the same boat, except for me it was Subway sandwiches - hugely expensive and not actually that nice 😅I promise you will feel better, it's just your hormones growing an effective placenta, by about 20 weeks this will be a thing of the past. I'm 31 weeks and I feel so much better, even though I'm bigger than I was at the beginning. My major aversions were... everything... but especially onions and garlic and I'm even back on those too. Good luck, hang on in there, try to eat what and when you can, having an empty stomach doesn't help the nausea.

I really really hope so!! The Dr estimated by 15 weeks all will be well and I wish he never gave me that date as it came and went and I still feel poo! I keep saying I don't remember it being this bad last time. I just want some cake 😭
