Could it be baby movements - 18+4 weeks?

Hi there,
I'm 18+4 weeks pregnant with my first baby (so excited!!) and have my 20 week scan in a weeks time when I'll be 19+4. I've found the stage between 12 week scan & now to be quite strange as no real 'bump' (although definitely starting to pop a little bit now) and no movements so the closer the scan has gotten i've felt myself getting more nervous and just hoping that all is well.
For the past few days or so I have definitely felt little popping sensations in my tummy, especially after a fizzy water, and at first I thought probably just gas or wind but now I am not so sure.
The past few mornings i've lay in bed with my hands on my tummy, eyes closed, total silence and can swear I have felt little movements, very subtle but definitely there - could this be me starting to experience my first movements? Or am I imagining it because thats what I want it to be! 😅

Yes, it could be!

My first movements felt like little thumps.

Yes, definitely. I felt mine start moving at 17/18 weeks. How exciting!

Yes it probably is this is my first baby and I felt first movements at 16 weeks but to me they was like a little roll. You’ll know within the next couple of weeks for certain if they are movements as you get more used to them. They are so comforting arnt they. I’ve currently got a 8lb little boy kicking round my tummy and down on my cervix ready for c section on Thursday xx
