Overheating and cramps at night!

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and find myself overheating during the night, this is causing really severe stomach pains. The only thing I can compare it to is when you get sunstroke and you get "the runs", it's that type of stomach pain that makes you want to throw up at the same time but nothing comes out. Is this normal? We had an early scan and definitely not ectopic. I think I may be a bit constipated too

It could be your progesterone ramping up and causing havoc with your digestive system. Of you have been checked out and all is well, make sure you get plenty of fibre and water in your diet.
