Period type pains at 15 weeks?

Hey guys,

Just after some reassurance.

I've been having some sharp pains and also some dull period type pain for the past few days now. The sharp pain is more when I'm moving around so could be round ligament. It's more the period pain I'm worried about. And my stomach was always quite hard before and now it feels more squishy again. I don't know, I just feel 'different'!!

I have a scan at EPU this Wednesday just because I'm getting a bit worried because we've been moving house and have had a chaotic week with little downtime. But until then I just wondered if anyone had similar pains? This is my first pregnancy so not sure what to expect really. All was well on my scan 2 weeks ago.

@xreadytoglow yes! I’ve had constant type period pains since I found out I was pregnant. I had an early scan at around 6 weeks and all was fine. I’m 22 weeks now and they have only just calmed down. All my scans have been fine. I do get sharp shooting pains across my stomach and sides and assume this is round ligament pain. It’s my first pregnancy so I don’t know what to expect and what’s normal…. but hope that helps x

I had a cheeky scan at EPU today two days before the deadline of when I can no longer use them and all was fine with bubba 🤍
