2nd pregnancy, no symptoms

So I’m roughly 7/8 weeks pregnant. I have a 2yr old son. I had every symptom under the sun when pregnant with him. The sickness was unreal, the tiredness, fatigue.

I had a miscarriage at 7/8w earlier in the year. They said this was a chemical pregnancy & the foetus probably didn’t attach after conception & my period was just very late. I didn’t have any real pregnancy symptoms before miscarrying, even though I had strong positive tests. No sickness or anything.

I'm pregnant again, roughly 7/8 weeks & again no sickness. The past week or so I have been horrendously tired but I’ve got a toddler, I work & theres lots going on so unsure if that’s why. I genuinely don’t feel pregnant. I keep getting very strong positive tests. I’ve had no bleeding, no cramps.

I'm worried this is another miscarriage or could it be possible there’s nothing wrong & im having an easy pregnancy compared to my son?

I had absolutely no symptoms with my most recent pregnancy and I was scared that at my 12 week scan they were going to tell me there was no baby in there. I am currently sat breastfeeding a perfectly healthy 6 month old- so all was well, just an easy pregnancy! Try not to worry. :)

I'm 5 weeks and no symptoms.

Also I had a mmc early this year and had few symptoms then but more than now.

It's so frustrating isn't it, can you book a scan as you'd definitely be able to see something by now?

I had a mmc last January at 12 weeks and had symptoms through that pregnancy, then I fell pregnant 6 weeks later, had absolutely no Symptoms at all and I’m currently snuggling my 6 month old! Every pregnancy is different but I can totally understand your worry!

I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant, 2nd pregnancy and have zero symptoms and have had none from the start. Baby boy is doing well and currently wriggling around in there.

I also had no symptoms with my daughter in my 1st pregnancy.

I had symptoms straight away with my first, 36 weeks now with my 2nd and it's been completely different. No similarity at all, apart from them both being boys!

Just had my second DC. Zero symptoms to start with other than fatigue. But like you, I was working and had a toddler and had no idea if it was the pregnancy or just life. Then at 10 weeks all my usual first trimester symptoms arrived. I had no doubt I was pregnant after that for the rest of my pregnancy. So bloody tired the entire time....
