Start of labour or sickness bug

I’m 36 wks started with what I assume was BH yesterday. Tightening/cramps for about 5 hours and feeling nauseous /off all afternoon. Paracetamol helped with the discomfort of the cramps and managed to get some sleep last night

Today -
awful upset stomach, started at around 7:30 and no improvement

No appetite and forcing liquid in so I don't get dehydrated. About to have a dioralyte

For those who have experienced it, how long did pre labour diarrhoea last and was it severe? This is bad enough for me to think I have some kind of stomach bug but odd that it has coincided with what I assume was BH yesterday. Can’t help but think it’s all linked

This is me too. So watching with wonder.
ive had really quite evident BH all evening. Tightening over bump and feeling Uncomfortable. Not sore but with how im feeling, I could cry.
been sick this evening and no appetite. Sore head etc. trying to force fluids down.

I don’t think it’s a bug that I’ve caught.
im 36 weeks on Wednesday.
hope you feel better. Wonder what it could be ?
