Green discharge early pregnancy

I’m 4 weeks pregnant and noticed some pale green discharge when I wipe. Also have a bit of mid lower back so assuming it’s a uti or infection 😓 Should I wait until my GP opens tomorrow or get some help tonight? I’m so scared of losing this pregnancy 😢

I would call 111 and see what they say about it

Call GP in morning and they will do a swab. I had this and it was down to hormonal changes! No infection found. Hopefully same for you
