Nasal spray in pregnancy

I will be asking this at my midwife appointment on Thursday but wondered if anyone knows of a nasal spray for congestion that is considered safe during pregnancy? I suffer with hayfever and have a deviated septum so really struggle with congestion and it giving me headaches :(

All medicated nasal sprays are advised to be avoided during pregnancy because of inadequate evidence on the effect to baby. You can use saline spray and sterimar congestion relief.

I was only able to have sterimar when I went and spoke to the pharmacist
