Period type pain at 34 weeks?

Have been having period type pain all day, it's been consistent rather than coming and going. Assuming it's relatively normal at this stage, but would appreciate others thoughts. Is everything just getting ready for baby?

Not had any kind of show / plug yet.

Have you had any lower back pain? If you have any pain where you can't talk through it or lower back pain that could be real contractions.
If you are having tightenings around your bump that will be braxton hicks.

Any concerns pop in to see your midwife, you won't be wasting their time.
