I’m 23 weeks pregnant and currently taking cefalexin for a UTI. I had dragging/pulling in my vulva area as my main symptom, currently on day 6 of 7 of antibiotic treatment & my vulva still feels heavy when standing but I noticed it’s alleviated when I lift my baby belly. Is this due to the UTI or just the weight of my belly putting pressure down there?
I still have the increased urge to urinate often eventhough the sharp pain when weeing has gone off. I’m not sure if the UTI is lingering or it’s just the baby. Anybody else had this?
