6 days before AF but strong positive??

Hi all, I'm very new here and very confused - AF isn't due until this weekend as far as I can tell (I track my periods on the flo app but my cycles have been irregular for the past couple of years since being on the mini pill). My boobs have been sore for a solid 2 weeks, which is what made me test as they don't normally hurt for that long before my period. Anyway I've had 3 positives and a digital positive and now I'm really confused as I had a period in Feb - how are they this strong already? Should I be concerned??

Was it a proper period or lighter than usual?

I ask because when I found out with DD I had had a "period" the month before but it was extremely light and only lasted a couple of days and I later found out it was an implantation bleed. Could it have been that and not an actual period?

I know this sounds ridiculous but I honestly can't remember! I know I was definitely wearing pads so it must have been somewhat of a "proper" period but I can't even remember how long it lasted for - kicking myself for not tracking it properly now!

When in Feb did you have your period? Going by the CB digital you are only 1-2 weeks so might have only gotten pregnant last week, does that add up with your predicted ovulation?

So my period was 15th Feb, I did do the deed at the beginning of March so that would add up right? I haven't been tracking ovulation or anything just my periods because I'm still on, or I guess not anymore, the mini pill 😅 but if that's right then how the heck am I already getting dark tests it's very confusing

I don't understand what's confusing? You had a period mid Feb, had sex early March and it's now mid March and you've got a positive test. That all adds up to me?

Sorry what I don't understand is how the lines are so dark when it's just under a week before my period is due

Don’t worry about the darkness of the lines. The clear blue says 1-2 weeks so that means you are 3-4 weeks so that’s right where you say you are. You could have ovulated a few days earlier than expected.
My hcg was going up quite quickly with this pregnancy and I was getting dye stealers by 4 weeks. I dreamt it was twins and freaked myself out but scan shows only 1 baby in there

Aw congratulations! 😊 Thank you that's calmed my nerves - this will be my first baby and I know nothing about most things so I didn't know if early and dark meant there was something wrong 😅

Your approx ovulation would have been 1st March so that puts you exactly at 2 weeks on the CB digital. You said you periods were irregular, but if you were a 28 day cycle your period would be due today today. You may have still ovulated on cycle day 14 (which is standard) you would then be 14 days passed ovulation which would give you good dark lines on a stick. I was getting v dark lines 10+days DPO
