Mirena coil ? Pregnant

Hi all im on month 5 of mirena coil.
I was having period no issues, period not come this month. Boobs are killing me and soo veiny. CM is in abundance all of a sudden. Neg preg test though, so very confused. Partner cant feel coil when we have sex, but could initially.
I was under the impression that getting pregnant on the coil was near impossible. Is this part of the mirena or shall i go GP?

If you're worried obviously get it checked out but my period symptoms aren't unlike this on the mirena, I have a pack of those dipstick pregnancy tests because I think I'm pregnant so often! I'm on year 5.
