6 week scan no heartbeat

Looking for some advice… been for a super early scan today, I am 6 weeks today. Baby too small to see on scan but the nurse said everything is where it should be and it was good news. Got to go back in 2 weeks for another scan. The reason for the early scan was due to some brown/pink discharge at the time of when my period was due (I’m now thinking this is implantation bleeding - I didn’t know know I was pregnant.) please can I hear some positive stories and have any of you had the same outcome from a 6 week scan? 🙌🏼 worrying sick now. ❤️

I had an early scan Thursday due to servere cramping and all that was seen was an empty sac, my dates make me 5.5 weeks based on last period. clear blue digital showing 3+ so I am also really confused and worried, looking at forums on here it seems a common worry and early scans are more trouble than they are worth sometimes. I hope you have a positive outcome xx

I had a bit of light bleeding with one of my pregnancies, was told it's common. I had a scan and saw the heartbeat, egg yolk and fetal pole at 6 weeks exactly. If they've told you it all looks good then try not to stress. I know it's hard. Could you get a private scan in a couple of weeks to confirm?

Also was it an internal scan as you get a better view on those.

I had a scan at what I thought was just over 6 weeks (can't remember exactly but I think I thought I was 6+2 or 6+3) and there wasn't much to see - the sonographer couldn't even confirm if there was a fetal pole. I had a scan a week later and was 6+4 with a heartbeat, so either the baby was a bit of a slow starter or I was a few days off with my ovulation dates. I’m now 29+3 and touch wood things are going well.
