Almost 6 weeks and all symptoms gone

Been too nervous to move over to the pregnancy page. I tested positive on the 25th Feb and am almost 6 weeks following a miscarriage. All my symptoms like small cramps, sore boobs and just that 'pregnant' feeling which I've had previously have gone. I've done another test and it says I'm 3 weeks + but can't help thinking the worst. Not sure what I'm after, except would be interested to know if this happens to other people? I've got an early scan booked next week. Thank you 💕

I had that with my first around 6 weeks (I kept a diary) but my symptoms came back a day or two later with a vengeance. I think it can be normal for them to come and go. That baby learnt to walk this week :)

@TheBirdintheCave thank you for replying 😊. It's just quite disconcerting that my 'pregnant' feeling has totally gone. Just got to convince myself there's nothing I can do and just wait until the scan xx

Symptoms can fluctuate. I'm the same worrying about this too but I'm now 9+3 and I don't think the anxiety ever gets better !

same happened to me and now 12 weeks!

Infact majority of my symptoms stopped at around 9 weeks also, apart from slight sickness.

My midwife says instead of thinking of your hormones as constantly rising thing of them as steps, its hard when your taking a big step up but when youve got both feet on the step you feel fine. Essentially, your body starts to get use to the increasing level of hormones and starts to deal with them better.

As scary as it is (i also had a MC prior to this pregnancy) try and enjoy the symptom free moment as it could get a lot lot worse at any moment!! xxx

I panicked when I was 6-8 weeks pregnant. I felt like I had no symptoms other than a missed period. My friend who fell pregnant before me was being sick straight away, was tired and had sore boobs and I was desperate to feel the same. My sickness only really lasted a couple of weeks and didn’t start until I was 8 weeks.
I’m 34 weeks now and my main symptoms have just been my aching body!! 😅
Please don’t worry about it, hormones fluctuate but everyone has a different pregnancy journey.
To help me feel reassured I booked an early scan just to check everything!

Thank you all so much for the reassurance! Xx

Hi OP!

Just wondering how you got on with your scan!? I’m 6+1 and feel like my slight nausea has completely stopped and boobs not as tender as they were around week 4/5. Have an early scan booked for next week but feeling very anxious in the run up! X

Hi Penny. Any updates? Currently in a similar situation to you. X

Oh wow the 6 week mark seems like a lifetime ago as our healthy little boy entered the world at 38+6! 💙
@babyk2023 we had an 8 week scan booked for reassurance and then after that the pregnancy symptoms were back with a vengeance! Never felt tiredness like it….
I know it’s hard at this anxious time but keeping busy and your mind occupied will help! Sending you lots of positive thoughts X
