When did your morning sickness peak?

I’m 9 weeks today and feel absolutely horrendous. I’m praying this is the peak because I can’t cope with this much longer 😭😭 I haven’t even been sick so I mustn’t even feel as bad as most women. How does everyone cope?

In theory 9 weeks is peak... as placenta takes over weeks 10-12. In my experience I can never detect a peak.. just a blur of nausea and vomiting. Most ppl feel better by 12-14 weeks tho!

I never actually vomited but definitely felt at my worst around 9/10 weeks. I found peach flavoured sparkling water kept the nausea at bay, and sparkling water normally makes me feel sick!

I'm 10 weeks today and I think my peak was probably beginning of last week - hopefully that's reassuring! I've had nausea since around week 6 pretty much from mid-morning until after dinner but it has been a bit better the last few days and I'm starting to feel like I could eat things that aren't just bread and crackers!

I’m 11+4…. I think this week has been my peak. I’ve been throwing up morning and night. I bought some sickness bands from Amazon and whilst they haven’t stopped me being sick, I think they’ve helped with the nausea. I did ask for some anti sickness medication from the GP, but then made the mistake of googling it, so I haven’t touched them. Feel better soon x
