Anyone else experienced this? 15+5 today and since yesterday afternoon I've had an on-and-off twitch/spasm in a small area at the top of my left calf. I've tried googling but all I can find is about cramp, but this doesn't hurt! It does leave the area a little tired/achy after a while but the actual spasming is painless.
Thinking of ringing the doctor this afternoon if it continues, but just thought I'd check here if other people have had this.
