Pregnant and worried

Hi this is my first thread,
My last period was January 6th, my February period never came, and a few things made me think I was pregnant.
I was taking tests and they were coming back negative, but 2 days ago on February 28th it finally came back positive. I am worried as to why it would take so long because my period was around 3 weeks late and I have read usually that means you wouldn't be pregnant.

That’s very odd it took so long. You should make an appointment with the doctor possibly for blood tests to check your hcg levels to see what’s going on

I'm so worried it's something bad. I had so many issues with my pregnancy with my son. My sister, however, tested negative multiple times, then eventually tested positive and when they scanned her she was 4 months pregnant

I've just taken a clear blue digital one which states 2-3 weeks
