How long till you got your combined screening results?

Hi all, how long was it until you got your NHS combined screening results back? We had our scan on Tuesday at 12+5. The NT measurement was fine (1.4). But as I am 40 I can’t help worrying what the result will be. Also I feel like I don’t want to tell anyone yet until we know if we are low risk or not, as would want to have further testing.

They came through the post around a week after however if you use the badger app have a look on there as the results were showing within a couple of days.

Thanks for replying @mummyh2016. My midwife and hospital haven’t mentioned this app, so not sure they use it? I do have access to my notes online through PHR portal, but nothing is on there only my notes from my booking appt.

Yours use a different one then. Try not to worry, I was told if anything came up I would be called and if you had your scan on Tuesday you likely would've been called by now if you were high risk.

I got my results in the post three days later but it can take up to 10 days.

The letter took about a week in the post, however, my hospital call within 3 days if it comes back high risk.

I got mine the same day (last week, the sonographer phoned me after the appt), but I think it can take up to a week.

I had mine on a Wednesday and got the results by post the following Friday so just over a week. They did say that I would hear within 2 days by telephone if there was anything to be worried about x

Every Trust seems to do it differently. At mine it's same day. They send you off for a coffee for about 45 minutes after the scan then call you back with the results.

My trust only call if you are high risk and say they will discuss with you at 16 weeks otherwise. But they do use Badger Notes so results were on there within 3 days. Did your midwife tell you how you'd hear?

Hi all, got my results back, so was 6 days for the letter. I am low risk. Such a relief x

@Secondtimemum1829, if the results are bad news, you get the call within 3 working days...I know as I had a high risk.
Although after additional tests all is OK. X

Just saw new post, I'm glad all was OK x
