Can you take cranberry pills during pregnancy? Did anyone take them? I'm in my 3rd trimester.

I'd like to find this out to. Most things are not proven to be safe on women's pregnant bodies because they don't bother to test anything on pregnant women. It doesn't mean it's been proven unsafe.
