Hi I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this so early and if it could be the start of Pelvic Girdle pain?
I am getting a shooting pain through my hip bone, felt mostly through my butt cheek when I move at a certain angle such as my body is turned and my legs are turning to catch up with this if that makes sense. Also worse when I've been sitting in certain positions and get back up. It started with both hips with the left being milder but now only in the right. Hurts so much when it happens I let out an aah and often feel like the leg is going to give way. It's horrible!
Doesn't hurt much in certain positions such as when I'm lying down.
Would love to hear from others who've experienced the same/similar and if anyone has advice or exercises that may help. My booking in app isn't until next Thurs but wondering whether to just phone midwifes today to see what they advise.
Should prob say LMP is 10 weeks today but early scan measurement is 11 weeks tomorrow.
