12 weeks pregnant with covid

Hi. I'm 12 weeks pregnant today and got a positive covid test result on Tuesday last week. I'm still testing positive on day 5 of isolation.
I think I have pretty mild symptoms. I feel really tired nauseous, with headaches and an occasional cough. It's hard to tell the difference between this and the nausea/headaches/tiredness I had anyway. I didn't actually contact my midwife to tell her I have covid, and now I'm worried I should have done. Is there anything they would advise/prescribe to help to reduce risk to baby?
I have had all 3 vaccines.
Has anyone else had covid at a similar stage?
I was hoping my nausea would be lessening by now and it's still bad, so wondering if the covid could be prolonging it.
Thanks for any advice and reassurance.

I had Covid at about 11 weeks. I didn't contact midwife either and other than prolonged cough, I was fine. Now 39 weeks and section booked for Wednesday.

I currently have covid at 15 weeks pregnant, similar symptoms to you. I had to
Contact my midwife to rearrange an appointment. They undertook
Some screening questions to assess if I needed blood thinning medication ( I was low risk so didn’t). Might be worth just giving them
A quick call. Hope you feel better soon!
