Can someone help with my pregnant test

Hello, I'm abit confused has anyone had a similar situation to me a week ago I had some light bleeding which I thought was my period but it wasn't, a week later now Ive done a test because I had pregnancy symptoms and I've got a positive... does this look like a positive to anyone or am I losing my mind, im so confused.. because the bleed I had was light so wen it finished I was abit confused but now I think that may have been implantation, if I am pregnant I'd be 5 weeks and 4 days today....

There is no picture of your test. With my last baby I had some light bleeding the days my period was due, I knew I was pregnant already I found out at 7dpo as we were trying for a baby and tracking everything. I had light bleeding on and off for the first 13 weeks then it stopped and never happened again, he’s 3 soon to be 4.
