When should I be concerned about morning sickness?

Hey everyone, just wondering at what point I should be concerned about how sick I'm being?
I don't have a midwife yet, I was estimated 6 weeks and had a scan at the epu but they think I'm only just over 5 and going back for another scan in a couple of weeks.
Going by my ovulation date I think I'm about 5+5

I started getting sick at about 4 weeks. I'm sick several times a day and I'm struggling to keep most things, including water, down.
I'm pretty sure I'm dehydrated, I had to do a urine sample for the epu yesterday and it was orange 😕

Contact your GP and get antisickness meds. I get cyclizine and that works for me but there are lots of options.

Now. Get to your GP and get some anti sickness medication. You don't need to put up with feeling this unwell.

Vomiting every day is more than average, vomiting several times every day is WAY more than average. There are medications that are both safe and effective, please contact your GP, there's no need to suffer like that.

I had no idea being since more than once a day was above average.
I'm waiting on a call back from a Dr now
