Swollen ankles in pregnancy

I'm currently 23+1 and both ankles have suddenly swelled up today! I've just closed off a 50 hour working week where I'm on my feet for 7 hours 20 minutes a day so maybe that's something to do with it but is it anything to worry about?

Mention it to your MW as it's a symptom of preclampsia - although most likely due to being pregnant and being in your feet 50 hours in a week!
